These beef have been grain finished to achieve excellent taste and quality marbling. Once we have achieved the ideal weight and fat content, they will be sent for processing at our local slaughterhouse located in Stratford.

Deposit of $500 is required for halves and wholes. Final price is based upon weight of live animal and current live cattle market report.

Local pickup at the meat market is preferred; however, shipping can be arranged upon request.
